If the smell of smoked meat is one that makes your mouth water, make tracks to Gasworks Plaza. High ceilings, bricks, tiles and enormous bi-fold windows create a pleasurable ambience for diners. The centrepiece of the restaurant is a long, low bench where the chefs carve away at freshly cooked brisket, pastrami, ribs and beef cheeks whilst an imported smoker runs on black wattle, macadamia and pecan wood. Much of the seating is alfresco so diners can experience the amazing flavours of this restaurant amidst a scenic backdrop. The open kitchen gives the place major points for crowd appeal.
